  December 18, 2022 - I've been hanging onto the last few bottles from the case to see if age benefits the wine but I don't see any further development and feel the wine lacks the structure to take long ageing. Not over the hill and a a perfectly decent drop of Chablis but one to drink around 6/8 years from vintage I feel. The wine has darkened in colour a little and has certainly added some depth and richness but without adding any layers complexity and character. Drink up the last two over the next year or so.
