December 20, 2015 - Fun wine with nice ripe red fruit and funky earth. Pretty serious tannins that went well with venison chops.

February 21, 2014 - Wines of the Mediterranean: Musk, earth, some light herbs and a touch of heady alcohol. The palate is astringent with tannins showing through and holding on. Seems quite strict and a little more fruit would make it a bit more bright and enjoyable.
