Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Gilbmarsden Likes this wine: 86 points

September 8, 2017 - Gil: Heavy alcohol on the nose gives it a light floral bouquet, something similar to pressed linen.

    Steph: I don't smell anything.

Gil: heavy acidity gives it a spiciness that is interesting. Sour, unripe blackberry, or plum.

Steph: Low fruit and a heavy acidity. Very light, no earth or mushrooms. Acidity drowns out most of the fruit but maybe plum.
