August 29, 2014 - Too much acid - inner-ear-tingling acid. Acid dominates both the attack and the finish, enveloping a nebulous rosemary and grapefruit midpalate. There is a fullness to the wine, but the acid's just too much. No help on day 2. Disappointed given the Benanti reputation and my experience with their 05 il drappo.

July 31, 2014 - Lys gul. Modne gule epler. Noe alkohol. Knusende tørr, epler, mineralsk, gummidekk og enorm syre. Noe fedme. Tynn og hul utgang.
