April 25, 2024 - Tasted this at the Great Fortifieds - Sherry & Tawny Port Masterclass by Ch'ng Poh Tiong at Prowine Singapore 2024.
Deep gold in colour with a whiff of light tea on the nose. Delivers pleasure and a punch on the nose. Hints of hazelnut, menthol leaf.
An astute wine. -

January 11, 2024 - Sadly this wine, based on the Inocente Fino, is as bad as the latter. I am a great fan of the Deliciosa, but both the others suffer from too much oak and are not clean.

November 19, 2023 - Hazelnuts and caramel on the nose and on the palate but dry and quite crisp with it.

March 1, 2023 - #1 Cata Amics Porreres - Jerez: The wine looks yellow brown colored. The legs are slow. It smells like raisin, mineral, toast, vanilla, almond, walnut, chocolate, alcohol/hot, sherry and leesy. The body is medium/full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. Liked this one very much, very long long finish, more caramel and toasted almond rather than the Fino or Manzanilla, it denotes the plus of oxidation.
