November 23, 2023 - This is an "old" wine by Chardonnay standards but it was still a full flavored wine that held up beautifully.
The wine looks blonde colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. -

March 23, 2019 - DenTinJaMa Inaugural (Chateau Lyon): End of plateau for this bottle, but still excellent. Nice viscosity and TINY oxidation note. Peach, golden apple, lemon zest and oak. Get yourself some cheese and do it!

April 11, 2017 - Golden yellow color. Aromas of peach, pineapple and honey. Palate has flavors of melon, pineapple and peach. Mild acidity with a slight bitterness in the finish. Still pleasant but not getting any better.
