October 8, 2014 - Same as before - maybe even better with some spicey notes coming out.

January 2, 2014 - Fantastic! Lemon and citrus nose, hint of hazelnuts and toast. Very clean and mineral on the palate and crisp finish with pears and green apples. Nice, dry acidity.
