August 29, 2007 - 3L at richs house. GReat nose of mushroom that subsided with time but still played a dominant role, mixed with scents of sour cherry raisin and dirt. This wine is amazingly integrated and round. Balance between acid tannin earth and fruit is impeccable. On the palate continued flavors from the nose along with a touch of raisin. layers of flavor that ride the tongue forever.
