January 15, 2014 - Had it at a winetasting at Romantikhotel Richtershof in Mülheim/Mosel. The host was winemaker Dr. Dirk Richter himself. He showed us some of his Rieslings and also some others.
12€/18$ @the winery.
Light yellow-golden colour, crystal clear.
Vineyard peach, apricot and yellow fruits on the nose, stony and mineral notes, sweet, medium intense. 88 p.
Fresh, young and vivid palate, vivid acidity balancing the sweetness. Long finish showing mineral notes. Very good! 88 p.
I liked the 2011 vintage a little better but this one will absolutely evolve over the next years.
