July 29, 2015 - Lovely zesty Riesling. Off dry but balanced by high acidity. Excellent.

January 25, 2014 - Quite a bit of lime to the aroma along with grey slate and some flora. It is generous, textured and quite intense but by no means heavy, weighing in at 12% alcohol.
