  March 22, 2015 - Probably oxed. Sparkling white port - burnt caramel the predominant flavor, with supporting vanilla and nuts. Curious, but certainly not terrible.

  November 27, 2014 - Vanilla and lychee on the nose. Medium bubbles dissipate quick. Off dry dosage is balanced with good acidity. Very ripe style, full throttle Chardonnay flavors abound.

  July 21, 2014 - key lime pie and seashore nose, lemon meringue pie, mineral and pear skins on the palate, this could use more beads but is still very refreshing, easy, pure and delicious, the value sparkler of the summer

  Blanc de Blanc. Lot's of Apple, pear, and tropical fruit on the nose with some banana. Acidity is high, very tart finish.
