November 30, 2023 - Very satisfying. A big wine, still tannic, with an appealing tobacco flavor, drinkable now but promising a long life.

June 11, 2023 - See previous notes. Medium garnet in glass. Medium plus to high intensity on the nose. Bramble, blackberry, lead, forest floor and tobacco. Grippy medium plus tannins and a complex finish. Hold for 2-3 years.

December 5, 2022 - Savages Dinner (67 Pall Mall, London): By the glass via Coravin at 67 Pall Mall, London.
On the young side and albeit polished and welcoming could really use more time to develop a secondary side that will add complexity. At this young stage the wine is almost one dimensional a wall of fruit and tannin with good overlay of oak. Don't get us wrong it is not a poor wine in any way just is so obvious it has so much more under the surface that requires patience in the cellar to be delivered. 91 for now but with potential for sure.

September 6, 2021 - Tasted blind. Medium garnet. Pronounced nose with black currant , blackberry, tobacco and cedar. Medium + acidity coupled with medium + tannins which seem to be well resolved. Good finish. Guessed Cabernet Sauvignon dominant old world Bordeaux blend with 6-8 years age on it.

April 30, 2021 - Nice, elegant and rather restraint nose of sour cherries and a whiff of wood. Juicy and mouthfilling. Energetic. Still quite tannic. Can go at least 5 years more but very pleasant now.
