November 19, 2023 - As expected this is developing into something special. It really is different. No signs of funk, but a lot of complexity and a very precise finish to it. My only worry is will the acidity which Kutch likes dominate. Ready now but happily keep

June 18, 2023 - Neighbourhood drinks at home. Drank in Grassl Cru.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, ruby colour. Legs. Some cloudiness towards end of bottle.
Nosemedium+ intensity, with aromas of stems just a very slight tinge of green, sous bois earth, sarsparilla, ribena berries. Developed.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (12.9%), structured medium+ tannins with some bite, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of savoury sous bois earth, stemmy spice, cola, sweet dark red cherries, ribena berries, sarsparilla. Sweet juicy long finish.
Very good quality. Drinking at peak now. Enjoy before it goes downhill. Acidity sensation dips with more air.

March 20, 2023 - Light garnet in color with the faintest hint of bricking. Nose of gingerbread, baking spice and red fruits. Cranberry stands out on the palate with a bit of oak lurking in the background. Well integrated tannins and a medium finish. Holding well for my tastes.
