  February 24, 2017 - Aged, maybe too much? Heavy on the toasty, biscuity notes. Still plenty of fizz, smooth and pretty easy to drink. A little lacking in acidity, but the biscuit really comes through on the finish. Probably a little past its best, but not bad at all. Drink up.

  NOSE: clean; medium intensity; flavours: yeast (autolytic elements), bruised apple, nutty, red apple, lemon; fully developed
  PALATE: off-dry; high acidity; medium body; medium alcohol; creamy persistant mousse, medium+ finish; medium+ flavour intensity; flavour characteristics: as per nose: lemon, green apple, bruised apple, yeasty notes, nutty
  READINESS FOR DRINKING: Drink now, not intended for further ageing
  FURTHER REMARKS: very good sparkling wine with medium complexity (autolytic notes nicely balanced with fruits), good concentration, fresh acidity. Well done!
