Le vin est donc carafé (ce qui ne lui fera pas de mal finalement).
Tout dans ce vin est "chateau-chalonesque", tout en finesse.
Nez délicat sur des notes de curry, mais surtout de sous-bois et d'agrume. La bouche est d'une suavité remarquable, presque sucrée, beaucoup de richesse. L'acidité présente est parfaitement intégrée étirant le vin à n'en plus finir.
Avec le poulet, c'est délicieux, avec le comté, excellent !!
Bref un très, très beau clavelin.
