  November 29, 2019 - Golden straw colored, light, refreshing, clean, crisp, flavorful, nicely integrated and balanced fruits. Delicious.

  "A blend of 50% P.N., 30% Chard, & 20% Pinot Meunier for the sweetest of champagnes;"
  
  N: Yeast with undertones of minerals, poss lemons
  
  P: Med, poss LM, body; RNDISH entry with NICE, SWTISH, applish frt met by a brisk, lemony acidity which evolves into a LONG finish with a refreshingly crisp acidity & a very, VERY slight bitterness which is likely a +. NICELY done! 12% ABV; My EXC. [As of late Jul '19, wine-searcher shows HIGHLY skewed offerings from $40-$103!]
