June 18, 2014 - The wine looks near colorless. Nose: lemon, grapefruit and apple. Body: light with angular, sharp texture. Very tart, acidic with tons of citrus notes especially lemon. Needs time in the bottle. Finish: medium.

April 12, 2014 - Popped and poured before dinner, then finished up later in the night. Aroma starts with a bit of yeast, but then shows some tart green apple. The taste mainly shows the tartness from the green apple, but it doesn't go overboard with the tart flavor. This is a nice sparkler.
