March 25, 2022 - This has come together nicely from my last note. Really sang today with clarity, freshness, squeaky clean fruit , lightness off the tongue and long finish. Must have been in a dumb phase 2 years ago. Love this stuff.

December 15, 2021 - On the nose mostly non-fruit smells of beeswax, lanolin and a hint of something vaguely Brasso, with some citrus sharpness keeping it fresh.

Not a big wine - considering the nose I was expecting a big gobfull to be honest - but it is actually quite fresh and light, mostly centred on citrusy notes.

As others have said, could last years, and considering the aromas, would probably expect it to gain some weight. Very nice, and will probably improve.

May 23, 2021 - Hunter Semillon love this , I like it , I find South Australian semillons develop far sooner with less citric but for the region this is good.

May 10, 2021 - What is going on with this wine? A weird one. All the bees-waxy oily full throttle aromas one would expect and then.... The palate... slightly ghostly, tart acidity but at c. 10% alc not much weight to follow through. Enjoyable, but perhaps approach with caution. I'll give it a couple of years until I crack the next one.

September 19, 2020 - A unique Australian style. Toasty, honey coming through, though the screw cap slows the ageing substantially versus under cork. Still some lemon and citrus there. Could go for many years. At 10% alc can easily drink a few!
