July 7, 2023 - Notes of fudge and canned mushrooms. A bit of red apples. Complex nose. Balanced and savoury on the palate. Still retains good freshness. Very long finish. Drinks great now.

November 11, 2022 - This has gotten way better since I last tasted it (begining of 2021).
It's showing nice notes of beginning maturity. Quiet powerful on the nose with red apples, marzipan, browned butter and newly sawed, burnt wood.
The palette is apples with a nice strong acidity that lingers. Not as complex as the nose but very good. -

June 17, 2019 - Crisp with apples and tropical fruit but too high acidity for my liking. I will put my other bottles away for +5 years as i Think it will only do this champagne good with some cellaring time. Did not love it at this time.
