April 26, 2024 - 2/2, vg cork. Double decanted and immediately served.
Medium garnet core, pale garnet rim. Fragrant, quite developed, settles down nicely, florals to the fore, blackberry fruit, spice, touch of meat. Medium bodied, elegant and harmonious, blackberries, florals, touch of meatiness, fine/resolved tannins, vibrant acids, medium/good length harmonious finish. Drinking beautifully and whilst showing no signs of imminent decline I don't see any upside in further maturation.

November 9, 2022 - Dark, dense and mature, drinking well!

August 13, 2021 - Pale red touch of orange faded at the rim.
Old wood on t the noses, chestnuts, raspberries, magnificent floral note. With time takes on sandalwood, tobacco and camphor.
Quite firm tannins, juicy fruit, showing some sweetness, baking spice, rose petal.
Long. Chestnut notes on t he finish plus tobacco. Drinking well now. Actually, probably in its prime. Beautifully balanced.

April 24, 2020 - Dense red colour - no seeing through it. Tight nose - leather and dark fruits. Beautifully rounded - flavours similar to the nose with a touch of richness and tertiary flavours. Velvety mouthfeel and rounded. Very nice.

    June 8, 2018 - 1/2. Excellent cork. Decanted 1/2 hr.
Medium/deep garnet core, pale garnet rim. Nose is quite developed with red and black fruit, smoke and meat, floral notes too. Medium bodied, fully resolved, harmonious, quite red fruited on the palate, fresh acidity, good length finish with just a touch of savoury bacon. Mature, though no need to hurry.
