February 16, 2014 - Typical Rhone nose inluenced by Brett ... Dirt, leather, moss bouquet. Modest tannins. Deep black colour. Likely still young.

January 13, 2013 - Chave St Joseph Offerus 2004. Etter fem timer i karaffel begynte den å åpne seg og ble efterhvert nesten en karikatur av Nord-Rhone, noe som må sies å være positivt mht opprinnelsen. Bjørnebær, krekling, dyreblod og en touch av litt vel velhengt vilt. Noe rå potet som blåste bort. Pen fruktighet med begynnende modning, deilig syre. Sitter lenge. Ikke veldig kompleks i munnen. Flott til lårstek av hjortekalv, med mandelpoteter og soppstuing. En helg for de gode matcher dette.
