  December 24, 2018 - While this has begun to fade a bit, this Bordeaux-style blend is still a fantastic bottle of wine with great structure and nice complexity. Should drink well for a few more years.

  April 26, 2014 - Tasted at Clos Du Val today, 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Petit Verdot, 7% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc. Nose of tart, rich dark fruit, more of the same on the palate, touch tart and unbalanced, medium/big body, and long finish.

  December 27, 2013 - Tasted at Clos Du Val today, 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Petit Verdot, 7% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc. Nose of rich dark fruit, cedar, and allspice, more of the same on the palate, balanced and delicious, ready to drink, will peak in 2 years, medium/big body, and long finish.
