May 15, 2021 - Dark brown burnt caramel in a way. Dense texture close to a siropy feel, sweet of course, nutty, coffee feel, mocha. Lots of density. here.

February 25, 2021 - Dark color and very viscous, like motor oil or molasses.
smell of raisins, toffee and -curiously - a good vanilla ice cream. Refreshing acidity.
On the palate the wine is not as heavy as some other examples of sweet reserve PX but rather elegant and even light(er)-footed.
Good weight and balancing acidity throughout; great finish.

December 26, 2019 - Very intense, but little les so than I remembered.
Still a wine of great provenance.

September 15, 2019 - Tasted this first time at restaurant Bardal in Ronda in september 2017, where I was impressed.
Now almost two years later I found a restaurant that served it for 8 € a glass in the "tourist hell" area, near Marbella.
Wine is still impressing. Very smooth - like velvet in the mouth. Fruit with raisins and balancing acidity. Full bodied with long finish.

but not too heavy to overwhelm the subtlety of the flavors. This wine is desrert by itself., but the wine will live with us forever. a complex experience of taste and texture. silky smooth, but they acted like a palate cleanser for the wine. I don't think any of us will remember the dessert a week from now, enough body on the tongue that there was an awarness of substance, that were delicious by themselves, we had minature pastries
