June 12, 2016 - Lovely floral aroma of lavender & hints of lilac. Red fruit, cherry, red currant & subtle spice. Med acid & low tannin. Predominantly cherry on the palate. Pair with grilled salmon with cherry compote and paired perfectly. Elegant, but not very complex. More fruit than earth at this stage. Drinking very well, but could age a tad more.

March 28, 2015 - fragrance is all dried rose hips, cherries and farmland, silky and elegant, refreshing quality backing flavors of black cherries, cranberries, minerals and fresh herbs, a solid red burgundy wine at a reasonable price level, I should emphasize the refreshing quality here, matched her up with a smoked salmon lox pizza
