November 19, 2014 - Straw yellow in the glass, bit of effervescence pronounced when filling the glass, nose is aromatic with pear and fresh picked Apple, hint of citrus, Bartlet pear and chalkiness on the palate, acid pleasingly hits the mid palate and provides some structure. Nice.

April 27, 2014 - Montreux, Switzerland. Bright yellow color. Slightly sweet, fresh greens, citrus, minerals. Acidity feels like spritz. Reminds me of NZ Sauvignon Blanc (w/o the spritz). (Doris enjoyed)

March 17, 2014 - Subtle, perfectly balanced, smells of lime, white flowers and very discreet vanilla. Delicious.
