March 13, 2016 - Color: Still youthful. Dark and impenetrable. Nose: Sour red berries, spices. Mouth: Consistent with the nose. A hint of cedar box and whipped cream, too. To drink within the next 3 years.

January 7, 2014 - Intense purplish color. Nose: Red berries, plum, high cacao content chocolate. Mouth: Consistent with the nose. Everthing melts nicely together. How shall I put it? It is like an intense fruit coulis without being sweet or sticky with a bit of high class chocolate. Long way from start to finish. It's elegant and it has personality. One of the best qualitiy price ratio ever. The half full bottle after having spent 1 day in the fridge has developed aromas of black current and raspberry. This wine is silky smooth and the 14.5% alc. content is noticeable just a bit. A part of the score accounts for being off the beaten path stylewise.
