March 15, 2023 - Not sure what went on here. Previous bottles have been fab but this one was weird with an odd tomato flavour that wasn’t good. Not sure if the wine or the taster were at fault so no rating.

March 14, 2015 - This is green and is really missing something - like the soul of St. Joseph. Really a very middling effort.

March 11, 2015 - Very fruity nose, red berries, especially strawberry, surprising for a 100% syrah. Was very smooth and round in mouth, peppery taste og syrah grapes come through, some jalapenos. All in all a very well balanced wine, fresh fruitiness with a kick in the end. Works well with heavier fish dishes as well as meat. Destemming your grapes is worth it!
