January 1, 2024 - Drinking very nicely. Good acidity, balanced fruit, long finish.
Probably could go another year or two.

March 24, 2023 - Vivid and pleasant aromas of ripe red berries and herbs, with hints of rhubarb and gooseberry. Drinks pretty easy considering the high alcohol and tannins. Medium/full-body with a long and firm finish. Quality wine with good value for money. I believe it won't get much better than this, so open yours today :) PS: It doesn't need much air, the fruity aromas are most remarkable straight out of the bottle.

June 24, 2021 - A better wine than the recent scores suggest and better overall than the 89.7 cumulative score at the time of this note. In no way a powerhouse, but there is nothing wrong with that. This is a Burgundian styled CdP, and it delivers noteworthy range and depth, in layers. True to place, restrained richness, and thus excellent balance. Highly appealing! 91-92.

May 30, 2021 - Opened two bottles yesterday. Disappointing; the Guigal ordinary Cote de Rhône is better. Decanted for 2 hours but it never came together. It was astringent and lacked any fruit.

May 16, 2021 - A bit disappointing given the producer and the appellation.
This wine shows more of a "negociant touch" with less defined aromatic profile. I would not even have been able to identify this as a CdP in a blind tasting. Dark fruit, plenty of alcohol but not much of the complexity...
    Not going to improve either...
