  June 16, 2005 - Starts with lemon, candied citrus rind, a hint of something floral on the nose. Also grapefruit & something tropical (we could not agree, I lean towards coconut), mineral and herbaceous notes. In the mouth, medium body with a good acidic backbone. The grapefruit really comes out. Herbs. Finish lasts quite a while but is more one-dimensional, resolving into a slightly bitter grapefruit pith flavor. Enjoyable.
