  April 29, 2019 - Really enjoyed this time around, and solidly in its drinking window. Will age well for some years, but may lose a bit of the mineral/earth edge that really powers this wine. Roasted meat, licorice, plum and dark berries carry this through. Drink now if you still have some.

  November 3, 2018 - Prominent notes of black olive, roasted meat, and wet earth had me thinking this tastes more like Syrah to me than Cabernet Sauvignon. Not my cup of tea, but I’m sure it has its fans.

  September 16, 2018 - Drinking very well now. Consistent with previous note, but showing more balance, and the fruit is really starting to shine.

  December 25, 2017 - Dark fruit and spice give way to blackberries and plum, with a bright mid-palate and spicy finish. Might be entering its drinking window, and should peak in a few more years.

  January 6, 2017 - Deep indigo in color. Terrific bouquet of cedar, graphite, and blackberry. Very nuanced fruit-forward palate with black cherry, licorice and raspberry. Ready to drink now.
