February 13, 2024 - Since I think this one is in a nice window did I try it again...
On the nose: Mineral, caramelized white chocolate, toffee, citrus, brioche.
On the palate: Honey, caramelized citrus, brioche, pistage paste, mineral with a high acidity.

February 2, 2024 - Wow, what a beauty at the moment.
On the nose: Mineral, coffee, vanilla, citrus, brioche and stone fruit.
On the palate: Caramelized citrus, brioche, some marzipan, mineral and with a palpable acidity.

December 25, 2023 - In my last note in 2020 I suggested leaving it another 5-8 years. I only lasted 3 but this is drinking very well now - glad I didn't wait longer.
Appearance: bright, mid gold, slight straw tinge. Fine beading.
Nose: Intense and complex. Stone fruits, some restrained citrus and baked bread notes, cashews, a little spice and whiff of smoke.
Palate: rich mouthfeel. Marzipan, stonefruits, hint of honey and toast. Good acidity for its age. Well balanced. Lingering finish. Excellent.1 person found this helpful Comment -
