Community Tasting Notes 3

  • NoWineWiz Likes this wine: 90 points

February 18, 2021 - This needed time to open - 30-60 minutes. After that, nice integration of black cherries, raspberry, worn leather, and some spice. Tannins were noticeable and enjoyable, but in the background, and finished with medium length.

October 1, 2019 - Nicely melded flavors of dark berries, clove and vanilla. Light tannins and smooth finish.

  • McKraftyWino Likes this wine: 90 points

    October 30, 2015 - 60/40 Cab/Sangiovese blend
still seeking harmony as each grape battles for your pallette
a fun contest and a refreshing sip
I'd suggest another few years to let the grapes find peace and harmony in presentation.
or maybe decant and let sit a few hours (I used coravin and was impatient for the glass!)
