March 1, 2013 - Tasting and dinner with old wines from Kloster Eberbach (Kloster Eberbach, Rheingau): Nose with ripe fruit, citrus and some bread. Palate with high acidity, some mineral, and a light bitterness. A fresh aperitif-styled Sekt, but I would have preferred less bitterness. 83 p
