October 11, 2020 - Last bottle of three consumed. Brownish in color, low intensity, deep, very thick, yet at the same time not that complex. May very well evolve into something even more interesting with some cellaring time.

January 18, 2020 - Has turned dark yellow, almost brownish. Lots of cinnamon, oily in texture, not overly sweet. Fades very quickly, a bit hollow. I say it’s time to drink up.

December 23, 2019 - Deep golden, bronzed center, yellow rim.
Sweet, golden syrup, a little cumin, cream,
Smooth, sweet, spicy, pineapple and other tropical fruits, a little earthy, good botrytis, cut hay, good acidity on the finish.
Excellent sweet wine, drinks okay now, but has the acidity to improve over the next few years.

September 12, 2015 - Jockey Hollow (Morristown, NJ) Had as the final wine in a food and wine pairing. Lemon, key lime pie and syrup texture combined to make an interesting sweet experience. Probably desert in itself. This did not pair well with the dessert's course.
