  March 1, 2023 - #1 Cata Amics Porreres - Jerez: The wine looks yellow brown colored. The legs are slow. It smells like fig, raisin, sherry, alcohol/hot, chocolate, toast and coffee. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

  January 15, 2023 - Consumed over the weekend with various foods including olive bread, roasted almonds and mortadella, which were excellent accompaniments.
  
  Wonderfully nutty with a strata of caramel that remains dry and never falls into sticky sweetness. This results in a layered, thoughtful wine which delivers a lot of bang for your buck.
  
  Very good.

  November 28, 2020 - Consumed over about 6 weeks in small portions - presented very well mostly as an apertif with a pleasant nutty flavor that just hinted at a caramel sweetness but was generally dry overall.

  May 24, 2017 - Popped and poured. Languid, faint aroma of cloves. Nice flavors of vanilla, allspice and a bit of caramel. Nutty finish. Good, some complexity, could use more bite. Needs some time to breathe and warm up. Fair value for what it is.
