September 25, 2021 - It Was great with bbq salmon, fried smashed potatoes and a kale and Brussels sprout salad with craisins and pepitas.
After so many years, still a bit more structure than I expected, and also a bit more back palate heat than I anticipated from 13.0 ABV; which tells me the others I have cellared will continue to improve for a while. I can’t wait. -

February 9, 2019 - Beautiful aromatics and flavor, this wine was hitting on all cylinders, delicate, balanced, layers of complexity and a solid finish. Still going strong on day 2.

November 23, 2017 - Decanted for about 3 hrs in the morning and then put the wine back int bottle to serve a few hours later during Thanksgiving. Allowing the wine to open up for a bit was beneficial. The aromas showed much more and the edge softened. An enjoyable pinot but am hoping that it continues to improve over the coming years.
