April 14, 2022 - Medium pale ruby. Dark fruited, with suggestions of allspice. Beautifully balanced, with nice backbone acidity. Quite enjoyable on opening, peaking on the second night, and fading just a bit on the third. Very enjoyable overall. We will wait a few years before opening the next and last.
