December 29, 2017 - Color medium ruby. Tart cherries, cranberry and pine needles on the nose, along with something floral. Palate is all red berries, crunchy and barely ripe, without feeling green or bitter in any way. Two years ago this had a green streak and I am very happy to discover that it has completely dissolved. I would guess the fruit could stand up to the rather firm tannins for at least five more years and my remaining bottles will be drunk during that time. Bought ex-domaine on a hunch that it might turn out well in time - happy to be right for once!

November 20, 2016 - Beau pinot a un prix très acceptable. Le vin est bien équilibré avec encore une belle acidité et des fruits rouges encore biens présents.

July 25, 2016 - Superbe rapport qualité/prix. De plus en plus difficiles à trouver. En plus, le producteur semble être très consistant dans sa qualité de production. le vin est très bien bien équilibré. De beaux petits fruits murs ne bouche et un nez agréable. Toujours une belle expérience.

Palate: only some of what the nose smells is in the taste, mostly the strawberry and violets, + Cinnamon red hots, malty, earthy, onions, garlic, spinach, peaches, red delicious apples, chai tea, dates, white raisins, spearmint menthol, squash, sun dried tomatoes, baba ghanouj, peanut butter,
this is my favorite red burgundy so far -
