July 15, 2022 - Decanted 60 minutes with a small amount of sediment. Deep purple with a rich, spicy nose. A bit of smoked meat and mint with black fruits, Not terribly elegant or memorable - fairly standard Cali Syrah with decent structure. Well stored bottles may need more time
