March 23, 2024 - Cherry, cranberry, black tea, forest floor on the nose. Red fruit, a little peppery spice, leather on the palate. Soft tannins, medium plus acid, medium body, and a medium to long finish with decent complexity. Starting to get some bricking and more tertiary notes, but definitely not over the hill.

December 21, 2021 - Expressive and beautiful nose of red fruit, some blackberry as well, spices and forest floor. There is a strong whole cluster element as well, very much in the classy Burgundy style. Good fruit, polished tannins, fresh. Up there with the best German Pints I had. 94+

Röstaromatik,Sauerkirschen,Hauch Vanille,bisschen Kräuter,Unterholz,leicht säuerlich,eher leichter Körper,mittellanger rotfruchtiger Abgang.

October 25, 2018 - Superb nose. Smell like a very good Grand cru burgundy. Wonderful experience.
