October 31, 2021 - A hair tastier than the 2010 consumed the same day. A touch lighter in color, toward pinot. Brighter, fuller bodied, not quite as dry, but still a little of that tobaccoy nose and more of the plum/currant.

October 27, 2015 - Light color. The nose shows aromas of dark berries, earth, underbrush and pepper. This is medium light bodied on the palate, with decent concentration and a fair amount of class. The medium length finish features rustic tannins.

May 13, 2014 - Leafy black cherry and herbs, a "little wine" but what's there is really nice. Very dry and light, peppery. Fun to drink and really well-done.

May 3, 2014 - Light, slightly medicinal note to the nose. Dry, fruit restrained by the tannins in the finish. Again, well balanced wine from Red Tail Ridge.
