August 17, 2021 - A powerful, tasty sauv blanc but at 10 years of age I wonder if its best years are behind it. A big, almost viscous mouthfeel and some nice peach and stone fruit flavors, but little acidity to speak of and a solid whack of alcohol at 14.5%.

May 11, 2017 - Followed a Moreau Sancerre and was not nearly as dry, but was completely different in taste and mouthfeel. Almost oily, and far more floral. I still feel that this is the best Sauvignon Blanc this side of the pond.

November 24, 2014 - Wet concrete, honeycomb, lemon curd on the nose. Reminds me of a humid summer day after a rain in the midafternoon. Delicious, medium bodied, medium oak, medium finish. Well balanced wine.
