  May 23, 2014 - Wine was slow to open up, you definitely need to let it breath for a couple of hours at least. But once it gets going, the going is good! Once past the initial chemical aromas you are hit with some vanilla and strawberry ice cream on the nose. The wine has a nice silky texture, and lots of mixed berry flavors, a tad on the sweet side, like berry flavored hard candies, but mellows out on the finish. A nice bottle that I think will be even better in another year as some of the sugars start to go away.
