April 13, 2016 - A bit disappointing. Neither the ripe lush fruit or complexity of many zins. Didn't really improve over several hours. Ridge/Carlisle/Outpost zins are much more interesting. Perhaps 2011 not the best year to compare.

December 24, 2014 - Drank to begin Christmas Even dinner so paired with cheese, shrimp, prime rib, mashed potatoes, green beans. Wine was tasty - has the fruit that one expects of a Zin but with some balancing spice characteristics. Not overpowering which was nice. Makes a good daily drinker.
