March 1, 2024 - Blueish ruby with ruby pink rim. Highly aromatic- black cherry, bark, earth, vanilla, red roses. Palate is intense, attacks with dark cherries and resolves earthy, charred toast and charred meat. Tannins grip tightly around bay leaf and black tea notes as red cranberry and black fruit come in and out in waves, along with cherry cola. Complex, earthy, and intense.
