Community Tasting Notes 1

February 15, 2019 - Wow! What a fabulous Pauillac from SA. Needed a lot of air to really open up and shake off that burnt rubber notes. Full, ripe, dry and creamy dark fruit with great focus and poise. Cassis, dark plums, spices and tobacco notes in a long savoury finish. Best BX-blend I have had from South Africa.
