Community Tasting Notes 1

July 26, 2019 - Cotes de Bordeaux Trip; 7/23/2019-7/27/2019: Still a lot of life and dark fruit on the nose, pure and deep with tobacco and earth. Smooth and integrated on the palate, tannins still provide support, while the fresh acidity keeps it lively. Black cherries galore mix with complex graphite, chewing tobacco, with mineral, rocky, pine forest notes. Really impressive stuff that is in a great spot but could also age for at least a few more years. 83 Merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon.
