  January 22, 2024 - Final bottle of four. This one five years after the last - this was a bit late, as it feels like this wine is not as good as it was now. But still a very nice experience, with the tertiary flavours coming in - not quite truffle but mushroom and leather. A bit raisiny at first but better with air. Rosehip, at first cherries in liqeur but day after more red cherry like, dried strawberries on day 1. The structure is still pretty strong but more supportive than restrictive.

  January 2, 2024 - 2024년 용의 해를 맞이하여 꺼낸 12년전 용의 해 빈티지.
  12년전 네비올로니 그렇게 오래된 것도 아니지만 약간 꺽이려고 하는 느낌이 보였으니 지금 당장 마시는 게 좋을듯.
  결론부터 말하지만 명가에서 만든 역시나 좋은 와인.
  
  노즈에서는 붉은 과실 계열의 향이 느껴진다.
  잘 익었는지 약간의 장미향도 나기 시작한다.
  약간 지하에 있는 듯한 음습한 느낌이 나는데 이것도 나쁘지는 않다.
  
  팔렛에서는 적당한 탄닌과 산도가 매력적이다.
  이어서 약간의 조약돌의 빠는듯한 얼씨함이 괜찮다.
  가장 좋은 점은 시간이 한 두어시간 지나도 이 팔렛이 크게 변하거나 꺽이지 않는다.
  
  역시나 어려운 것은 음식과의 페어링.
  너무 얼큰하게 끓이지 않은 삼겹살 김치찌개와는 생각보다 잘 어울렸다.
  그러나 쥐포와의 조합은 쥐포가 이렇게 비렸나 싶을 정도로 최악의 조합.

  September 8, 2021 - Nose is a bit less aromatic than I was expecting, but nevertheless very pleasant burnt earth, tar notes. Relatively elegant light weight mouth. Very nicely balanced finish with a touch of cranberry and especially orange. It's subtle elegance is really growing on me.

  November 20, 2020 - Le vin dégage un parfum d'épices fines, de fruits rouges et noirs séchés et de fleurs séchés. La bouche est délicate, presque féminine, détenant une fraiche acidité mais sans manquer de concentration, tout est en parfait équilibre. Les tanins sont affinés par le temps, ils sont fins et soyeux. Jolie rétro sur l'anis étoilée, il s'étire avec droiture et grace. Très beau mini-Barolo parfaitement à point !!

  August 13, 2020 - Italian wine theme exchange session. Tasted blind. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of sour red cherries, red plum, leather, dusty earth, licorice. Developed.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), integrated high tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sour red cherries, red plum, leather, dusty stones and earthiness, touch of licorice. Medium+ finish.
  Good quality. I was thinking maybe a generic Barbaresco or some well-made Langhe Nebbiolo? Nice drinking, probably as good as it gets already.
  From the Valmaggiore hill in the Roero zone, in the town of Vezza d'Alba.
