April 2, 2022 - Deep red, opaque. Moderately forward nose of dark cherry, blackberry, tobacco and wood. Palate is rich ad balanced; tannins are resolved. Moderately long finish. Enjoyable but not getting any better.

April 30, 2019 - Now a lovely wine, tannins have mellowed and now just soft fruit and some complexity. But nearly 30 years to hit its stride? I won’t buy again.

Mouth puckering tannins, but I don't mind that, nice fruit and a classy wine. But if you don't like tannin....
Not sure I'd buy again. -
