Community Tasting Notes 12

December 26, 2021 - Might be on a downhill skipe, drink now. Still some nice aromas of ripe apples, minerals and hint of bitter orange. Quite high acidity but lacks some fruit.

August 29, 2021 - Pale gold colour. Medium (+) nose with apricot, peach, smoke, wet stone, ripe lemon and yellow plum. Medium (+) taste of peach, ripe yellow apples, wet stone, ripe lemon, licorice and yellow plum. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good and well aged Chablis. Needed half an hour to open. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheese, fish, poultry or shellfish.

    August 15, 2019 - Straw color.
Yellow fruit, apple and quite a lot of minerals/wool.
On the palate high acidity but lacks some body. Will test tomorrow again. 82-83p.

    March 17, 2019 - Golden color
Fresh, nutty and rubbery notes on the nose. Some yellow fruit, ripe, like apples or plums. Wet stone/minerality, very nice.
On the palate high acidity, yellow fruit, honey?, white flowers and mature notes. A hint of bitterness.

    February 23, 2019 - Golden yellow
Citrus, orange, almond, mineral, lime or preserved lemons.
Clean om the palate, high acidity, some bitterness. There is a mature exitic fruit nuisance...yellow apples..complex.
Last tasting, Dec 2018, we were sceptical against this wine. Now much more positive. Bottle variations?

Tasted 2010 on magnum last week, excellent. This wine might go there.

Start to drink if you have in your cellar, save a few for another 5 years?
